The name, Crown’s Ember, is symbolic of an ember of coal still burning from the original Crown Sterling, as we will continue the 50-year tradition of cooking over the charcoal grill, providing a cohesive blend of the old and the new, paying homage to The Crown’s rich history, from the property to the plate.
